Mango Orchard Sojourn

Just 30 km from Lucknow is Malihabad - the mango belt of Lucknow. A unique variety of mangoes are produced here called ‘Dushehri’. These mangoes are exported all over the world and are famous for their sweet taste, that can never be found in any other climatic conditions other than Lucknow’s bordering countryside, Malihabad.

We take you to experience this unique mango lifestyle of countryside, where mangoes are a way of life, the belt smells of mangoes and we sit down under the trees on a jute cot to savour the fresh fruits from the tree, cooled in a water bucket.

Mango Orchard Sojourn Package (Pre-Visit Orientation, English Speaking Guide, Air-conditioned Transport, Cost of unlimited raw and ripe mango service): Full itinerary on request.

BASIC: US$ 50 (Per Person) / Fresh Fruits Included

LUNCH: US$ 80 (Per Person) / Mango Based Lunch, Pre-cooked and served in the orchard under a mango tree.

Cost Does not include: Non Traditional or any alcoholic beverages.

This tour is only conducted in the peak summer months of May & June , the harvest months of these mangoes. This tour ideally starts at 1100 hrs and takes no less than 3 hours. You would be picked-up and dropped of at your hotel for this tour.
