Anjeer Ke Kebab

INGREDIENTS :

RAW BANANA 1 KG
POTATOES 300GM
OIL 30 GM
CUMIN SEED 10 GM
WHITE PEPPER PWD 05 GM
GARAM MASALA 10 GM
SALT TO TASTE
GREEN CHILLY 5—6 NO
GINGER 10GM
GREEN CORIANDER 50GM
FIGS (ANJEER) 50GM
KHOYA (REDUCED MILK) 50 GM

PREPARATION :
  1. Soak figs in the water for about 1 hour, drain it and chop finely and mix with khoya.
  2. Peel and chop ginger, green chilly and coriander.
METHOD :
  1. Boil raw banana and potatoes peel, mash and mix it well.
  2. Heat oil in a sauce pan add cumin seeds till it start crackling.
  3. Add mash banana and potato mixture cook well.
  4. Add garam masala, white pepper powder and salt to taste.
  5. Chop the ginger, green chillies, green coriander and mix well with above mixture.
  6. Divide the above mixture into 16 equal and Stuff with chopped figs and khoya.
  7. Make medallions of 2.5” diameter.
  8. Shallow fry on a heated griddle, serve hot.
